Duties:
Assist with general maintenance tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs around the siteSupport heavy equipment operation, including the safe handling and basic maintenance of machinery such as excavatorsHelp with loading and unloading materials using appropriate tools and equipmentPerform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalateSupport transportation needs by assisting with commercial driving duties when requiredMaintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practicesCollaborate with team members to complete project tasks efficiently and effectively
Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshootingExperience operating heavy machinery such as excavators is highly desirableValid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience with commercial driving is a plusPrior experience in construction, maintenance, or related field preferred but not requiredStrong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsExcellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and problem-solving
