What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Coffee Skills: Confident in dialling in grinders, extracting espresso, texturing milk, and basic latte art.
• Reliability: Punctual, proactive, and comfortable stepping into different café setups.
• Communication: Conversational English and a warm, customer-first attitude.
