Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Co-Listing Agent to support the management, marketing, and day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb and other vacation rental platforms.
The Co-Listing Agent will work closely with the primary Listing Agent to ensure properties are properly managed, bookings are optimized, guests receive excellent service, and listing performance is continuously improved.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals and understands pricing optimization, booking management, guest communication, and property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the primary Listing Agent in managing Airbnb and short-term rental listings.
Assist with the day-to-day management of property listings and reservations.
Monitor and manage booking calendars, availability, and reservations.
Assist in optimizing pricing based on demand, seasonality, occupancy, and market conditions.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide timely, professional communication.
Assist with guest check-in, check-out, requests, and concerns.
Monitor listing performance, occupancy, and booking activity.
Identify opportunities to improve bookings, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure listing information, photos, descriptions, amenities, pricing, and availability remain accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, property owners, and other service providers when necessary.
Assist in handling guest reviews and maintaining a positive guest experience.
Help ensure that properties and listings follow short-term rental industry best practices.
Provide regular updates to the primary Listing Agent regarding bookings, guest concerns, property issues, and overall listing performance.
Perform other duties related to short-term rental and listing management as assigned.
Candidates should demonstrate:
Must have an active Airbnb account, either as a guest or host.
Proven experience managing or assisting with Airbnb or short-term rental properties.
Strong knowledge of:
Pricing optimization
Calendar and booking management
Guest communication
Short-term rental operations
Revenue and occupancy optimization
Experience using property management platforms such as Travelnest is preferred.
Understanding of short-term rental industry practices and standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple listings, bookings, and guest requests.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the primary Listing Agent.
Proactive, reliable, and responsive.
