Hiring: Clinic Manager – Outpatient Dialysis

Shift Pattern: Monday–Saturday | Day Shifts Only | No Night Shifts
We are currently recruiting an experienced Clinic Manager – Outpatient Dialysis on behalf of a leading independent, nurse-led healthcare provider delivering high-quality kidney care in partnership with the NHS.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced renal nursing leader to take overall clinical and operational responsibility for a modern dialysis clinic while leading a dedicated and compassionate healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the dialysis clinic.
Provide strong leadership to nurses and support staff, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensure compliance with CQC, KLoE, clinical governance, and regulatory standards.
Work effectively with NHS Trusts, the Regional Manager, and other key stakeholders.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote clinical excellence.
Lead, mentor, support, and onboard new team members.
Maintain strong relationships with patients and address clinical or operational concerns proactively.
Promote a patient-focused culture and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
Requirements
Full NMC Registration with appropriate nursing qualifications.
Registered Manager status with the CQC, or willingness to obtain it.
Proven clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to lead by example.
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Renal nursing or dialysis experience is highly desirable.
