Your proactive approach will help build new partnerships, strengthen existing relationships with funeral homes, and ensure smooth communication between our UK-facing work and our production and management team based in India. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in sales support, client coordination, and business development within a compassionate, purpose-driven industry.
Duties:

- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and communications with UK clients and with our production team in India
- Track sales activities, leads and pipeline data, providing regular progress reports to management
- Support participation in exhibitions, industry events or networking sessions to build brand visibility
- Respond to customer enquiries and help resolve service issues professionally and sensitively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project documentation

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, professional and sensitive manner
- Familiarity with sales or business development activities is an advantage, but not essential — full training will be provided
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role, while staying closely coordinated with an overseas (India-based) management team
- Ability to travel occasionally within the UK for client visits, exhibitions or meetings
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
