Senior Residential Support Worker – Children's EBD Home
Contract: Full-Time – 160 hours per month
Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off | Average 8–10 sleep-ins per month
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join a 2-bed Children's EBD Home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and wants to play a key role in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead shifts and support the residential team.
* Provide high-quality care and support to young people.
* Build positive, trusting relationships.
* Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
* Complete care records, reports, and daily documentation.
* Support positive behaviour strategies and care planning.
* Work collaboratively with professionals and the wider support network.

* Experience working in a children's residential setting.
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (Residential Childcare) preferred or currently working towards.
