We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager for a budget property in Derby to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Duties
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with brand guidelines.
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally to maintain excellent service standards.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, P&L.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all departments.
Promote a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
