Virtual PA to HNW Principals

Jobs in London Contract

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Virtual Private PA who thrives at the intersection of business and family support. Someone who is equally comfortable managing a complex corporate diary as they are coordinating a household, overseeing personal arrangements and planning international travel, all from a remote setting.

A proactive and highly organised Virtual Private PA you will be the central point of contact for both Principals, managing fast-moving diaries, high-level correspondence and confidential projects with precision and good judgement, constantly thinking ahead to ensure the Principals' time is optimised and nothing is missed.

On the business side, you will coordinate meetings, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that all communications are handled promptly and professionally. On the private and family side, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the London residence and wider household remotely, managing personal arrangements, lifestyle requirements and working alongside an established household team with high emotional intelligence and meticulous attention to detail.

Travel coordination also forms a significant part of the role. You will manage complex international itineraries for business and leisure, working closely with travel specialists (where needed) to deliver highly tailored arrangements.

Operating entirely remotely, you will need to be self-motivated, highly organised and proactive — someone who anticipates needs before they arise, takes full ownership of their responsibilities and delivers consistently to the highest standard without the structure of an office environment. Absolute discretion and professionalism are non-negotiable.

Job requirements

An experienced virtual EA /PA, ideally gained within a HNW office and household environment. You will be highly organised and naturally anticipatory, someone who takes full ownership of their work, sees tasks through to completion without being chased, and is always thinking several steps ahead. Strong written communication skills are essential, as is the confidence to manage high-level correspondence independently and represent the Principals with professionalism in every interaction.

As a virtual role, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously are critical. You will be comfortable managing your own time and priorities, whilst remaining a collaborative and reliable presence within an established team. A calm, solutions-oriented approach and high emotional intelligence are equally important, you will need to read situations quickly, adapt without fuss and handle sensitive matters with absolute discretion.

Strong IT skills are a given, and experience using AI productivity tools to streamline workflows and enhance output would be a distinct advantage. Above all, this role requires someone who is genuinely committed to delivering a seamless, discreet and consistently high standard of private support, not because they are asked to, but because that is simply how they work.
