The Opportunity
This is a fully remote, commission-based role focused exclusively on lead generation.
Your job is simple:
Find businesses that could benefit from a new website or website redesign
Contact business owners and decision-makers
Generate interest in our services
Capture their details and qualify their interest
Pass qualified leads to our agency
That's it.
You are not responsible for:
Sales consultations
Website proposals
Pricing discussions
Closing deals
Project delivery
Once you've generated a qualified lead, our team takes over and handles the rest.
Who You'll Be Contacting
Our primary target market includes:
Start-ups without a website
Small businesses without a website
Businesses with weak websites that need a redesign
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses across the USA
Source prospects independently using:
Google Maps
Facebook
Instagram
Local business directories
Independent tools or resources
Call business owners and decision-makers
Qualify interested prospects
Record all lead activity in your dedicated Lead Tracker
Pass qualified leads to the agency for follow-up
Expectations:
Consistent prospecting and lead sourcing activity
Accurate lead tracking and organisation
Reliable internet connection and home working environment
Use of your own dialer, VoIP solution, or calling platform
Approximately 100 outbound calls per day
Professional communication at all times
Training materials and an example script are provided to help you get started.
Commission Structure & Earning Potential
This is a performance-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
You will earn:A generous 20% commission on each sale generated by your leads.
Example:
Website project value: $1,000
Your commission: $200
The remaining 80% covers the software, tools, project management, and designers involved in delivering the project. For perspective, if you're consistently bringing in 30–50 qualified leads per week, with around 10 of those converting into clients, this could result in approximately $8,000/month in earnings, depending on project value. This represents a highly competitive earning potential for a remote telemarketer role.
Many traditional telemarketing roles place limits on earning potential through fixed salaries and small bonuses. Our model rewards performance directly, giving motivated individuals the opportunity to earn substantially more.
Lead Ownership & Transparency
We take lead ownership seriously. Every telemarketer receives their own Lead Tracker where all leads are logged in real time. Qualified leads are then transferred into the Agency Master Tracker. Every completed sale is traceable back to the telemarketer responsible for generating the lead.
Onboarding Process
The process is very fast. Applicants receive access to our Telemarketer Onboarding & Training Guide. You'll complete a short voice-recording exercise to help us understand your communication style and determine whether we're a good fit before moving forward.
