Role & obligations:
- no operational management or decision-making expected
- Must perform statutory duties as required by UK law (filings, cooperation with auditors/regulators) and attend occasional formalities if needed
- Immediate resignation allowed with agreed notice period if necessary
- Full transparency: appointment will be disclosed in company records and public registers
Remuneration & term:
- Competitive fee (negotiable) - paid monthly/annually or per-directorship
- Fixed-term or rolling appointment — terms to be agreed in writing
Compliance:
- Mandatory KYC/AML and identity checks prior to appointment
- Willing to be listed publicly as a company director
- Clean legal record; no unspent convictions or disqualifications from acting as a director
- Passport or national ID + proof of UK address for KYC/AML checks
- Understanding of director duties and liabilities
