CHEF ARTISAN BOULANGER (HEAD ARTISAN BAKER)
INTERNATIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY – UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Artisan Head Baker / Chef Artisan Boulanger to lead our premium artisan bread production operations in the United Arab Emirates.
We are looking for a passionate professional with extensive expertise in natural sourdough, long fermentation methods, and traditional French & European bread-making techniques. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing our bakery operations while preserving and promoting authentic French & European artisan baking traditions.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in traditional artisan bread baking.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management, supervisory, or production leadership role.
• Proven experience as a Master Baker, Head Baker, Chef Boulanger, Bakery Production Manager, or in a similar position.
• Expert knowledge of natural sourdough and long-fermentation processes.
• Extensive experience producing traditional French baguettes, sourdough breads, country loaves, specialty breads, and other premium artisan bakery products.
• Strong leadership, team management, training, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
Compensation & Benefits
• Tax-free total compensation package of approximately EURO 5000- 5,500 per month, inclusive of salary, accommodation, and other allowances.
