A well-established and respected 4-star hotel in Ireland is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. This is a hands-on role in a structured and high-standard environment, ideal for chefs who take pride in consistency, organisation, and teamwork. You will work closely with senior chefs to deliver high-quality food across busy service periods.
? Key Responsibilities
• Take responsibility for your assigned kitchen section
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance
• Assist with stock control and waste management
• Train and support junior kitchen staff
• Work efficiently during busy service periods

? Candidate Profile
• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Senior Commis Chef
• EU / UK Passport
• Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens
• Strong all-round cooking skills
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety
• Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
