Duties
Assist in managing tenant relations, including responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and lease renewals
Maintain accurate records of rent payments, lease agreements, and correspondence using data entry skills
Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Utilise Yardi or similar property management software to update tenant information and generate reports
Handle incoming phone calls with professional etiquette, providing excellent customer service
Assist in upselling additional services or lease options to maximise occupancy rates
Support the team in organising property viewings and promotional activities
Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies and legal requirements
