About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Bullring, Birmingham store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion retail, customer experience, team development, and sales growth.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving commercial performance, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently and professionally
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high store standards
• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and loss prevention
• Implement promotions and visual merchandising activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and overall store performance
• Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
Experience
• 6–10 years of relevant retail experience
• Previous experience in fashion retail management preferred
Eligibility

• Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
