Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Associate will provide outstanding customer service, assist clients with selecting and purchasing products, and build lasting customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the store, handling transactions, restocking inventory, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will also have an active role in communicating the brand ethos and ensuring every customer enjoys a personalized shopping experience.
Qualifications
Customer service and relationship-building skills
Retail sales and client engagement experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of luxury fashion and accessories
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus
Speaking in Mandarin is added advantage
