What you’ll do:
• Help people develop daily living skills and independence
• Support personal goals that promote recovery, wellbeing, and community inclusion
• Encourage participation in the community and daily activities
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in social care is a plus but not essential – full training provided
• Flexible, reliable, and person-centred
• Good communication skills and a team player
