Job description

We are a fast-growing training provider operating in the construction and industrial sector across the UK. We deliver accredited courses for plant operators, construction workers and companies.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can confidently speak to clients and close deals - not just answer the phone.

The role
You will be responsible for:
• Handling incoming enquiries (calls, emails, forms)
• Actively contacting new and existing clients
• Selling training courses to B2B and individual clients
• Following up leads and closing sales
• Building long-term client relationships
• Meeting clear sales targets

The right person:
• Proven experience in telephone sales (B2B preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong listening skills
• Target-driven and motivated by commission
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable with follow-ups and closing
• Professional, honest approach to sales

Requirements:
• Previous sales experience (services / training is a strong advantage)
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Basic CRM / computer skills
• Right to work in the UK
