About the Role
We are looking for friendly, confident, and open-minded individuals to join our team as Chatting Companions. This role focuses on providing engaging one-on-one video and voice conversations with clients in a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment.
What You’ll Do:
>Conduct one-on-one video sessions with clients (main focus)
>Handle one-on-one voice sessions
>Engage clients in friendly, supportive, and meaningful conversations
>Create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
>Track and report sessions as required
Requirements:
>Must be 21 years old or above
>Comfortable and confident with video sessions (required)
>Comfortable with voice sessions
>Open-minded, emotionally aware, and respectful
>Strong communication skills (friendly, patient, engaging, proactive)
>Comfortable discussing mature or intimate topics respectfully
>Reliable mobile phone and stable internet connection
>Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
>No certifications or prior experience required
