Appliance Service Technician
TechVill Appliance Repair Ltd.
We are seeking for appliance service technicians to join our growing team accross Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of electric appliances while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
• Diagnose faults in appliances using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Inspect and test home and commercial appliances for proper functioning
• Repair or replace defective parts, such as motors, switches, heating elements, or circuit boards
• Disassemble appliances to access and remove defective components
• Adjust and calibrate appliance settings to ensure optimal performance
• Provide cost estimates for repairs, including parts and labor
• Advise customers on appliance maintenance and proper usage
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Compensation and conditions:
• Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours. Minimum 2 years job offer.
• The remuneration will be set at CAD$36.00 per hour.
• Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week.
• Locations of work: ONTARIO, MANITOBA, BRITISH COLUMBIA.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar work setting
• Secondary (high) school certificate is required
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot appliance issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy appliances
