About the Role
We are seeking qualified and compassionate Psychologists to provide remote mental health support through online consultations. This role offers flexibility, meaningful client interactions, and the opportunity to make mental healthcare more accessible across diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions via video, audio, or chat platforms
Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and counseling
Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Adhere to ethical, professional, and legal standards of practice
Collaborate with internal teams when required for client care coordination
Ensure timely availability based on mutually agreed schedules
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied Psychology)
Valid license/registration or eligibility to practice (as per local regulations)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort with technology and online therapy platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Prior experience in teletherapy is an advantage but not mandatory
