Outbound Sales Representative

About the Role
We’re a growing sales and marketing company looking for confident, motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join our fully remote team.
In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to members of the public and businesses across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, promoting a range of client products and services.
This is a commission-only position with realistic targets, flexible working hours, and clear progression opportunities for high performers. Full training is provided — previous sales experience is not required.
What You’ll Be Doing
Making outbound sales calls to individuals and businesses
Delivering clear, confident, and professional phone conversations
Building rapport quickly and handling objections calmly
Working towards achievable performance targets
Accurately logging call outcomes using simple computer systems
Improving performance through ongoing coaching and feedback
What We’re Looking For
Confident, engaging telephone manner
Clear, fluent spoken English
Comfortable speaking to new people over the phone
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and take feedback onboard
Basic computer skills
No previous sales experience required — we train the right people.
Requirements
Reliable Wi-Fi connection
Laptop or desktop computer
Ability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
Quiet, private space suitable for making calls
