Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with experience in sales within the realm of property law and residential transactions. As an account executive you will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting nominated law firm services, and facilitating seamless law firm sign ups via communication across various teams and stakeholders.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position located in West London for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of panel management services through a lead referral system. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, providing excellent customer service, and proactively addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction, and signing up as many clients to our panel of law firms over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Sales:
• Reach out to potential clients and initiate contact through various channels. Leads will be secured through referrals from agencies.
• Qualify clients wants and needs to understand their conveyancing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and promote nominated law firm services effectively to potential clients.
• Generate quotes and sign up clients to nominated law firms.

Additional Tasks:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities to develop.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, property lawyers, and other relevant professionals.
• Manage on going pipeline of referrals on a daily and weekly basis ensuring to effectively communicate with clients in a timely manner.

Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Collaborate with legal professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Become a Connectere brand ambassador across the network of stakeholders you will engage in showcasing top quality attributes.
• Provide regular updates to clients and agents alike throughout the transaction process.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferential but not necessary, given experience in a sales industry role previously.
• Proven experience in sales preferably in the field of property law or real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage with clients via telesales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software’s.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills a must.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in or alongside law firms or legal services environment.
• Track records in sales, residential property or property law.
• Knowledge of local market trends and client demographics.

• £30,000-£35,000 base salary based on experience.
