Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Salary: £25,000 basic + commission (OTE £35,000 in Year 1)
Location: Harrogate

The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

Reach out to key decision-makers across education, public sector, and commercial organisations.
Send tailored follow-up emails to keep leads warm and nurture relationships.
Manage your pipeline effectively to stay on top of all prospects and opportunities.
Schedule qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers.
Achieve and exceed daily and monthly activity targets with full support from your team.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and the EdTech landscape.

What We’re Looking For

Some previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication skills — you’re confident speaking with people at all levels.
A proactive mindset and positive attitude.
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and driven to achieve results.
Organised and able to handle multiple priorities at once.
