Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent ST1
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE)
Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site
Hours: 37.5hours per week - Monday - Friday: between 8am-5pm
A typical working pattern would be 8.30am-5pm or 8am-4.30pm.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider, delivering reliable supply chain solutions to clients. The existing team prides itself on efficiency and exceptional customer service.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day coordination of shipments, warehousing, and transport activities. You’ll liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Requirements
Pallet Network experience (or similar).
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Familiarity with 3PL operations is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and transport management systems.
37.5hours per week
Monday - Friday: between 8am-5pm, a typical working pattern would be 8.30am-5pm or 8am-4.30pm.
Annual leave: 28 days (inc. bank holidays) - currently under review and set to be enhanced

Own transport preferable (nearest bus stop = 1 mile)
