? About the Role
As Clinic Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, individualised care to dialysis patients. Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations and clinical excellence
• Providing seamless, patient-focused care and a welcoming environment
• Acting as a point of contact with regulatory bodies and NHS Trusts
• Leading quality improvement and compliance initiatives
• Managing onboarding, development, and retention of clinical staff
• Building strong patient relationships and resolving concerns
• Ensuring adherence to CQC and clinical governance standards

✅ Requirements
• NMC Registered Nurse
• Experience in outpatient haemodialysis leadership or similar setting
• Willingness to register as a CQC Registered Manager (if not already)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Evidence of ongoing professional development, ideally in renal care
• Passion for driving clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
