We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead and motivate a team of individuals with diverse backgrounds. The right person would be able to stay calm and handle any issues that may arise. In addition, the ideal candidate would be someone with previous restaurant industry experience, who is familiar with all forms of food preparation and food handling.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with other colleagues to answer any queries or concerns they may have
Oversee the running of a restaurant.
Supervise new and existing staff
Marketing the restaurant
Manage the restaurant's daily business activities.
Oversee customer service personnel.
Interact with customers on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years FIVE-star restaurant experience
Excelllent knowledge of HACCP and food processing
Be able to design & implement Menu
Have knowledge of cooking trends and presentations
Excellent communication skills
