About the Role
We are seeking professional and reliable Event Security Officers to join our team for upcoming events across the UK. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, staff, and performers during live events, festivals, conferences, and other public gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to venues, ensuring only authorised personnel and guests are admitted.
Conduct bag checks, ticket verification, and visitor screening as required.
Maintain crowd control and assist with queue management to ensure safe entry and exit.
Patrol event areas to identify and address potential security risks or hazards.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances in accordance with company procedures.
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to attendees and event staff.
Liaise with emergency services when necessary.
Complete accurate incident and activity reports.
Uphold a professional image and comply with all site-specific and legal security requirements.
Skills and Experience
SIA Door Supervisor License (essential).
Previous experience in event, venue, or crowd management security (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.
