About the Role:
Property Hub is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing properties for sale or rent, negotiating with landlords/owners, and managing all related offline activities. A Joining Kit will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure new seller leads and property listings

Conduct property viewings and open houses

Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients

Provide professional guidance for buying, selling, and letting processes

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Stay informed on market trends, property values, and local developments

Maintain accurate records using tools like Microsoft Office and Zoho

Collaborate with industry professionals (mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors)

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation or real estate sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills (multilingual preferred)

Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho preferred)

Valid driving licence is beneficial

Compensation: Commission-based only. Apply only if comfortable with commission-only structure.
