Job Title: Senior Analyst : Telecom Finance & Contract Management Specialist
Job Brief:
Seeking an experienced professional with 6 to 8 years in the Telecom domain, Capable
of translating strategy into practical financial solutions and overseeing performance reporting and M
I responsibility at the MFU level. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, developingR&
O assessments, deploying contract audits, and implementing KPIs.
Desired Profile:
Sound knowledge of finance and accounting concepts, in the Record to Report area.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, follow-up and follow-through effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Team player with the ability to coordinate and work across different departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of cost data against contractual/commercial principles.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
Manage stakeholders and their expectations through regular communications.
Set and implement strategies for identifying and recovering revenue leakages.
Assign and manage workloads among team members to ensure optimal recovery.
Report results to senior stakeholders and provide updates on project progress.
Review cost and billing data to identify and minimize areas of revenue leakage.
Competencies for the Job:
Strong knowledge of the telecom O2C process and telecom enterprise products.
Process and systems compliance experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with a wide understanding of Excel functions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Effective communication with individuals at varying levels of seniority.
Ability to manage and interpret data from various sources.
Comfort with high-level concepts and ambiguity.
Demonstrates ‘output thinking’ from the outset.
Enjoys working in a team but is also comfortable working alone to meet tight deadlines.
