Responsibilities:
·Processing on-line orders and keeping customers up to date
·Liaise closely with warehouse, despatch, shipment and directly with clients
·Liaise with delivery staff to maximize the efficient routing and scheduling of customer deliveries
·Handle telephone and email enquiries
·Monitoring and tracking enquiries and leads from inbound mail
·Updating and maintaining stock in electronic systems
·Process invoices
·Carry out administrative tasks as required to support team including e-filing and/or actioning emails received into the department from the company websites, receiving inbound mail, inputting into trackers.
·Any other duties as required
Requirements:
·At least 1-2 years of Administrative working experience, ideally in a sales processing role
·Experience working within e-commerce (amazon and ebay) platforms, or a solid understanding of these processes is required
·Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
·Quick thinker and fast learner.
·Works well in a small team as well as independently
·Excellent multi-tasking ability
·Enthusiastic and self-driven
