You will be tasked with managing the psychological therapies team and as well as a small caseload of your own clients. The team/charity support individuals who have been the victim of torture and are suffering from psychological trauma as a result.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar environment, although given how niche the role, this is not essential.
The successful candidate must tick 3 boxes:-
*Psychological/Therapeutic Qualification & Accreditation (where applicable)
*Managerial experience within a similar structure
*Working mental health experience
