An iconic consumer brand is currently going through a period of change and transformation within their HR function and are currently recruiting for a Head of HR to join their business.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will manage a small team and will support a diverse employee base.The Head of HR will hold strategic and operational responsibility for the people agenda, working closely with senior stakeholders to implement innovative and best practice people strategies.Key areas of responsibility will include organisational design, leadership development, talent management, diversity & inclusion and employee engagement.
Suitable candidates will have significant experience operating at a senior level within a large corporate environment, with previous experience of managing business change.You will be a strong relationship builder and will be able to demonstrate experience of introducing culture change within an organisation.
