A key element to this role is that you are able to work with and influence key stakeholders across the business and not be afraid to question a process. Therefore this role needs a hands on HR generalist but also someone who can engage at all levels and has the personality to do this.
You will ideally be fully CIPD qualified with a strong HR generalist background. You will be someone who has dealt with all areas of HR and is willing to bring new ideas to the table, have a voice but also understand the varying backgrounds of each staff member and keep that in mind. A pragmatic approach is required. An understanding of workforce planning is also required for this role.
