The Role:
The Paid Media Manager will sit within the Direct Marketing team, reporting to the Paid Traffic Manager and Head of Marketing. An expert in paid media across social media, the role will focus primarily on delivering results via targeted campaigns on Instagram and Facebook primarily, with role responsibilities including:
Running multiple paid media campaigns at the same time across a number of business areas;
Project managing paid social / paid media campaigns including Facebook PPV, Facebook Video Ads, Facebook Lead Ads, in the main. If you have experience in Google Search PPC, Google Display Network, Native Advertising across a range of platforms and Youtube’s platforms, that would be a bonus.
Lead generation which leads to event registration through Facebook and Instagram;
Ongoing testing of campaigns and adverts, landing pages and campaign sequences to improve conversion rates of leads;
Budget management, targeting, tracking, retargeting and campaign reporting;
Tracking leads through the CRM system;
Promoting and selling information products and events directly from Facebook, Google and Youtube;
Planning, writing scripts for and overseeing the production of videos to create high performing video ads;
Writing headlines, ad copy and call-to-actions for ads in all formats, as well copywriting for wider marketing;
Continually learning and developing new paid media techniques across new and existing platforms.
Requirements:
The Paid Media Manager will be driven and be keen to work within an entrepreneurial environment. You will have a track-record of successfully delivering results across a variety of social media platforms. We are looking for:
2 years + experience in similar position;
Understanding on Paid Social/Paid Media across Facebook and Instagram (required);
Ideally an understanding across Youtube and Google; (desirable)
Video-based campaigns experience;
A proven track record in driving quality leads through short term, time-sensitive campaigns;
Confident in planning, writing scripts for, and overseeing the production of videos to create high performing video ads;
Confident in writing ad copy;
Excellent stakeholder manager
