Job description

Travel and Expenses Clerk, key responsibilities:

Acting as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day travel and expense queries from employees and the business.
Liaising with travel management companies and other vendors to resolve booking queries.
Establishing internal and external stakeholder relationships
Maintaining and evolve the global T&E policy, including updates to internal employee resources.
Managing employee communications around changes to policy or process.
Helping to implement changes to policy or process.
Developing an understanding of travel industry knowledge and establishing contacts at peer companies.
Helping to identify trends in employee travel and expenses and initiate discussion around findings with the business.
Developing an understanding of the impact of tax, immigration and security aspects of business travellers.
Gaining an awareness of tools and best practice in the market to ensure compliance for business travellers.

Job requirements

Key experience:

Previous experience working in Travel and Expenses
Excellent level of both verbal and written English
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages; Outlook, Word and Excel
Good interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
Excellent attention to detail
Strong team player
